How do I get help with the PolarGate app?

Email support@polargate.ai with a short description of the issue, your device and OS version, and a screenshot if relevant. We aim to respond within 48 business hours.

I forgot my password: how do I reset it?

Use the forgot password option on the sign-in screen. You will receive a reset email. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact support.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can delete your account and its data from your account settings inside the app. Deletion removes your account and the content you added. If you cannot access the app, email privacy@polargate.ai and we will handle it for you.

How do I turn notifications on or off?

Push notifications are opt-in. You can enable or disable them from the app settings, or from your device notification settings for PolarGate at any time.

Is my content private?

Yes. The content you add to your brain is stored to power the app features for you, is not sold, and is not used for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.

Which platforms is PolarGate available on?

PolarGate is available as a native app on iOS and Android. The app identifier is ai.polargate.console.
