POLARGATE TV
PolarGate TV terms of use.
The rules for using the app and its subscription.
Last updated · 13 OCTOBER 2026
01Who we are
PolarGate TV is an app by POLARGATE, S.L. (CIF B24895005), Calle Electrónica 6, 28027 Madrid, Spain. Contact: hello@polargate.ai. By creating an account or using the app you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
02A player, not a content service
PolarGate TV is a player. We do not offer, sell, host or link to any channel, film or series, and we do not sell IPTV lines. You add the line you contract with your own provider, and the app plays what that provider gives you. What you can watch, its quality and whether it works depend on your provider.
03Your responsibility for what you watch
- Use only lines and content you have the right to watch. You are responsible for your line and its content being legal where you live.
- Do not use the app to access content that infringes copyright or other rights.
- If we receive a well-founded notice that an account is being used to infringe rights, we can suspend it or close it.
04Your account
- You must be 18 or over to use PolarGate TV.
- You sign in with Apple or with a code we send to your email. Keep access to that email safe: whoever controls it can enter your account.
- Each account has one active line. To protect the service and the providers' panels there are limits, for example on how many times a day you can change line or check one. The app tells you when you reach one.
- Adult content is hidden by default. You can show it in Cuenta (Account) if you confirm you are 18 or over.
05The subscription
- Watching channels, films and series is free. AI search is part of a paid subscription.
- The price and period are shown in the app before you buy, as set by the store in your currency.
- Apple or Google charges it to your account when you confirm. It renews automatically each period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Cancel it in the store: on Apple devices in Settings > your name > Subscriptions, on Android in Google Play > Payments and subscriptions. The app also has Gestionar la suscripción (Manage subscription) in Cuenta.
- Deleting your account does not cancel the subscription. Cancel it in the store as well.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- AI search has a reasonable daily limit per account so that its cost stays under control. The app tells you when you reach it.
06Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use a line that is not yours or that you are not allowed to use;
- automate the app, overload our servers or your provider's panel, or try to get around the limits;
- copy, decompile or modify the app beyond what the law allows;
- use PolarGate TV for anything illegal.
07Third-party services
The app relies on your IPTV provider, Apple, Google, TMDB for film and series information, and Anthropic and OpenAI for AI search. Each has its own terms. AI search results can be imprecise, so check before you rely on them. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. The open-source licences of the player are listed in the app, in Cuenta > Licencias del reproductor.
08The app and its changes
The app, its design and the PolarGate brand belong to Polargate. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it under these terms. We improve the app over time and may change or remove features. If a change affects the subscription you pay for, we will tell you in advance and you can cancel it.
09Liability
To the extent Spanish law allows, Polargate is not liable for the content of your line, for your provider's service or outages, or for interruptions caused by things outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor the rights you have as a consumer under Spanish and EU law.
10Ending
You can stop using PolarGate TV and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you can go to the courts of your place of residence, and you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
12Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we publish the new version here with its date. For questions, write to hello@polargate.ai.
