Miami: one team that works in English and Spanish
Miami runs bilingually, and so do we. No translation layer between the brief, the code, the interface copy and the support replies.

What we do for Miami companies
We build the software behind a service business: the public site, the booking or product front end, the client portal, the native app in both stores and the backend under them. Hospitality, hotel refurbishment, professional services and security are the sectors we know best, because that is what we have already built. The stack is React, TypeScript, Tailwind and Supabase on Vercel, with Capacitor apps updated over the air, and multi tenant data separated at the database level rather than in application code.
Languages
English and Spanish, both native, on the same team and at the same time. That matters more in Miami than almost anywhere else: the interface, the emails your customers receive, the legal wording and the support replies all have to work in two languages without one of them reading like a translation. We also work in Dutch.
The clock
Madrid is six hours ahead of Miami, all year, the same gap as New York. Your morning is our afternoon, so there is a real shared block every working day, and what we finish in our morning is ready when yours starts.
The nearest proof
We do not have a Florida client to point at, and we are not going to invent one. What we do have, one flight away, is Caribbean work in production: a hospitality platform running in a hotel we are not authorised to name. We also have a client we can name, Global Dynamic Security Group, whose website, native app and backend we build and keep running. Invoicing outside the European Union is something we already do, under the correct non EU regime and with the legal wording that requires.
Why a Miami business would choose us
Because the whole thing sits with two named people: Pedro Ciordia, founder and CTO, on the build, and Andrés Ciordia, Chief AI Officer, on anything with AI in it. And because delivery is bilingual without a translation vendor in the middle, with a support model where your reply to an email becomes a ticket and your hours balance is visible in your own portal.
What we do not claim
We have no company in the United States and no staff in Miami: the workspace we keep there, at Quest Workspaces on SE 2nd Street, is a contracted one, and POLARGATE, S.L. is registered in Madrid.
