New York: your morning is our afternoon, and we already ship into the US
Madrid is six hours ahead of New York. Your nine in the morning is our three in the afternoon, so the overlap is a real half day, not a token call.

What we do for New York companies
We build and run the software a company works inside every day: the CRM or the layer around it, the client portal, the product front end, the native app and the backend under them. Where an off the shelf system already exists we extend it properly instead of replacing it, with a real permissions model and a deployment chain that runs tests before anything reaches production.
Proof, not a plan
Our United States work is live, not aspirational. For NationwideLegal we built and technically directed their CRM, published on this site as a named case. Two measured numbers from that work say more than a paragraph of adjectives: ten to fifteen minutes from a merge to the live version in production, and 313 milliseconds to read the new fields across 400 real production opportunities, timed precisely to prove there was no hidden loop or heavy query.
The clock
Madrid is six hours ahead of New York, all year. Nine in the morning on Fifth Avenue is three in the afternoon in Madrid, so there is a solid block of shared hours every day, and the work done in our morning is already waiting when you open your laptop. What lands at the end of your day is the first thing in front of us when ours starts.
Languages
English and Spanish, both worked in natively, which is useful in a city where a large part of the customer base and the operations team is bilingual. We also work in Dutch.
Why a New York business would choose us
Two named people accountable for the work instead of a rotating pod, Pedro Ciordia, founder and CTO, and Andrés Ciordia, Chief AI Officer, and nobody in an account management seat between you and the person writing the code. And a discipline you can verify: after every deployment we check the live version against production rather than trusting the build, which is exactly how the numbers above were obtained.
What we do not claim
We keep a contracted workspace in New York, on Broadway, and nobody is based there full time. What we do not have is a United States entity or a Delaware company: POLARGATE, S.L. is a Spanish company, registered in Madrid, and that is who you contract with. A workspace is presence, not a legal entity. We serve clients in the United States from Spain.
