Madrid is nine hours ahead of Los Angeles. Pretending that is a small gap would be a lie, so we run the relationship asynchronously and make the work visible without a call.
What we do for Los Angeles companies
We build consumer facing products and the systems behind them: the site, the booking or membership front end, the native app for both stores and the backend that holds the data. Hospitality, hotel refurbishment and service brands are where we have the most built work. The apps are Capacitor builds signed and released through a continuous integration chain, with over the air updates, so a text or logic fix reaches users without waiting for a store review.
The clock, honestly
Madrid is nine hours ahead of Los Angeles. Nine in the morning on your side is six in the evening here. That is a narrow live window, and the wrong answer is to promise a daily overlap nobody can sustain. The right answer is a working method that does not need one.
How the gap is handled
Work moves in writing. Every day closes with what was done, what is blocked and what needs a decision, so your morning starts with a state of play instead of a status meeting. Requests arrive by email and become tickets automatically, with the internal notes kept internal.
