Grow // Search and social advertising you can audit, with the budget in your name.

Paid media

Google, Meta and LinkedIn campaigns run by the same senior team that builds the site they point at. Measurement is repaired before any budget moves, landing pages are built on your own stack, and the media budget is paid by you directly to the platforms.

What it is

Paid media is the part of GROW that buys attention: search campaigns on Google, paid social on Meta and LinkedIn, shopping campaigns when there is a catalogue, and the landing pages and measurement those campaigns need before anyone can judge them honestly. The same people who build your site run the ads, so a broken form or a slow hero image gets fixed, not reported. We take the work when there is something real to sell and a page worth sending traffic to. If the site cannot convert, we say so before you spend.

How we do it

We start with measurement, not creative. That means reading the account as it is: which campaigns actually run, where budget lands by device and by campaign, whether the conversion tag fires once and with the right value, whether the item ids in the product feed match the ones in the tracking. In audits we have found accounts where the conversion tag had silently stopped recording purchases and almost all the spend was going to the device that converted worst. No creative fixes that.

Then we rebuild the parts that decide the outcome: consent-aware GA4 and Google Ads tagging, the Meta pixel and Conversions API where it applies, product feeds generated from the same data the site uses, UTM parameters written into your own database next to the lead. After that we run a small number of clearly named campaigns, with a written hypothesis behind every change.

What you get

A set of campaigns you can explain to your board: search where people already look for what you sell, shopping if you have a catalogue, paid social to reach people who are not searching yet, and remarketing with a frequency cap. Landing pages on the same stack as your site, pre-rendered, in every language you sell in, fast on a phone. Conversion tracking you can verify yourself. Leads stored in your own database with the campaign that produced them. One monthly report, written by the person who ran the account.

What it costs

A management fee from 690 EUR per month, plus a one-off setup from 490 EUR when tracking, feeds or landing pages have to be built. It runs on top of a Care retainer. The budget stays yours: accounts in your name, your card, paid directly to Google, Meta or LinkedIn. We never hold it and the fee does not scale with it. If the funnel needs rethinking first, we start with a Discovery Sprint, fixed price from 4,900 EUR over two weeks, and half of it is credited against the project that follows if it starts within 60 days. We ask for three months minimum. We do not promise a position, a cost per lead or a return, because nobody honest can.

FAQ

Questions, answered

How much does it cost to have an agency run my Google and Meta ads?
Polargate charges a management fee from 690 EUR per month, plus a one-off setup from 490 EUR when tracking, product feeds or landing pages have to be built. It runs on top of a Care retainer. Your media budget is separate and paid by you directly to the platforms, so the fee does not grow when your spend does. More markets, more languages or a larger catalogue move the fee up, and we quote that in writing before starting.
How long does it take to get campaigns running, and when can I judge them?
Campaigns are usually live two to four weeks after kick-off: roughly one week for the account and tracking audit, one to three more for landing pages and feeds. Judging them takes longer. We review the account every month and treat the first three months as the real read, because a campaign measured over three weeks is measured on noise rather than on demand.
Do you take a percentage of ad spend?
No. The fee is fixed monthly and the budget sits in accounts you own and pay directly. A percentage rewards an agency for spending more of your money, which is the opposite of what you hired it for, and it hides the cost of the work itself. If the right decision is to halve the budget or pause a channel, we can say so without losing income.
Why do Google Ads, Meta and GA4 all report different conversion numbers?
Because each platform counts the conversions it believes it caused, in its own window and with its own model, and consent banners remove part of the data on top of that. The numbers will never match. Our answer is to write your leads and orders into your own database with their UTM parameters, then report the platform figures next to that record and explain the gap instead of picking the flattering number.
Who owns the ad accounts and the lead data?
You do. Google Ads, Merchant Center, GA4, Meta and LinkedIn accounts stay in your company name with you as administrator, and Polargate works inside them with the access it needs. Leads land in your own database, in your own infrastructure, exportable at any time. If you stop working with us, you keep the accounts, the history and the landing pages, with nothing to migrate.
Can you run campaigns in Spanish, English and Dutch?
Yes. Polargate works natively in the three languages, and campaigns are written per market rather than translated word for word from one original. Landing pages are published as separate pre-rendered URLs per language with correct hreflang, so the ad, the page and the form say the same thing. Creative production in other languages goes through specialists from our network.
