Content and automation
Polargate builds and runs a content engine in English, Spanish and Dutch inside your own site and database. AI drafts and translates, a senior editor approves, and the marketing work around it (lead capture, email, scheduled jobs, reporting) runs automatically.

What it is
A content engine that runs in English, Spanish and Dutch at the same time, with AI producing the first draft and the translation and a senior editor deciding what actually ships. Polargate builds the pipeline inside your own site, database and domain: content model, terminology, translation, publication, distribution and measurement. Around it we automate the marketing work your team is still doing by hand, from lead capture and auto-replies to document delivery, campaign email and the monthly report.
How we do it
We start with the words, not the tooling: a glossary per language, a tone guide, and a list of claims you can actually prove. The fastest way to lose credibility in a Google result or an AI answer is a number nobody can verify.
The content model then lives in your own Postgres database, with editorial roles and row level security, not in a plugin you rent. Every piece has a master language and generated siblings, and the build checks key parity between languages so a page never ships half translated. We have migrated newsrooms of around 700 historical articles into this pattern and handed the editor back to the client's own team.
AI is called server-side from edge functions, never pasted out of a chat window: drafting, translation, metadata, summaries. A human editor reviews each piece against the glossary and the provable-claims list before it goes live. Pages are then published as real static HTML per language, with hreflang, JSON-LD and llms.txt, so Google and the answer engines both read the same text a person reads.
Automation closes the loop. Forms write into your database with anti-spam and bilingual auto-replies, dossiers are delivered on download with UTM logging, transactional and campaign email goes out from a verified subdomain of your own domain, and recurring work runs as scheduled jobs on your own infrastructure.
What you get
A working newsroom rather than a slide deck: an editor your team can use, content live in three languages, the automations that follow a lead from a form to an inbox, and one reporting view that combines Google Analytics 4, Search Console and first-party cookieless pageviews, with CSV export. Every month you get published work, a short report on what moved, and a decision on what to do next. You own the repository, the database and the accounts throughout.
What it costs
From 690 euros per month for the running engine, plus a one-off setup from 490 euros. It runs on top of a Care retainer. The monthly figure moves with the number of languages, the volume of pieces and the channels covered. Scope is fixed first in a paid Discovery Sprint, so the proposal you sign is the price you pay. We do not sell ranking or revenue guarantees: we sell a pipeline that publishes reliably and reporting honest enough to act on.
