# Grow

SEO, generative engine optimisation, content, paid advertising and analytics for companies that need to be found in search and cited by AI assistants. Fixed in the code, measured every month against a recorded baseline.

In short
Polargate's GROW line makes a company findable in search and citable by AI assistants. It combines technical SEO, generative engine optimisation, content, paid advertising and analytics, fixed directly in the codebase rather than recommended in a slide deck. GROW starts at 690 EUR per month on top of a CARE retainer, standalone audits at 1,500 EUR. Every engagement starts with a recorded baseline and reports against it monthly.

## Capabilities

A content engine in three languages, with AI in the loop and a human editor at the end.

### Content and automation

Polargate builds and runs a content engine in English, Spanish and Dutch inside your own site and database. AI drafts and translates, a senior editor approves, and the marketing work around it (lead capture, email, scheduled jobs, reporting) runs automatically.
From 690 euros per month for the running engine, plus a one-off setup from 490 euros. It runs on top of a Care retainer. Scoped first in a paid, fixed-price Discovery Sprint. See the service

[Content and automation](https://polargate.ai/services/grow/content-and-automation)

Search and social advertising you can audit, with the budget in your name.

### Paid media

Google, Meta and LinkedIn campaigns run by the same senior team that builds the site they point at. Measurement is repaired before any budget moves, landing pages are built on your own stack, and the media budget is paid by you directly to the platforms.
From 690 EUR per month management fee, plus a one-off setup from 490 EUR when tracking, feeds or landing pages have to be built. It runs on top of a Care retainer. Media budget is separate and paid by you directly to the platforms. If the funnel needs rethinking first, a Discovery Sprint from 4,900 EUR. See the service

Findable in Google, quotable in ChatGPT.

### AI search and SEO

Technical SEO and generative engine optimisation on one job: server-rendered content, correct crawler access, schema.org, hreflang and Core Web Vitals, plus honest measurement of citations in ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews. It starts with an AI visibility audit from 1,500 EUR, credited against the work if contracted within 60 days.
From 1,500 EUR for the AI visibility audit, credited in full against the implementation that follows if contracted within 60 days. Implementation is quoted as a fixed-price block; ongoing work runs on a monthly retainer. See the service

Your website as something an AI assistant can query, not just crawl.

### Agent surfaces

An MCP server, a public JSON API, an OpenAPI spec and a markdown twin of every page, all generated from the same data the site renders, plus a listing in the registries where assistants look for tools. The pages people read do not change. Software gets a second way in.
Included in the build when Polargate builds the site, which starts at 7,600 EUR. On a site that already exists, a fixed-price add-on quoted after the review of what the site publishes today. Fixed price, never an hourly rate. See the service

## How it works

01 Week 1 to 2

### Audit and baseline

We fetch your site the way GPTBot, Claude, PerplexityBot and Googlebot fetch it, read Search Console and analytics, check the structured data against the visible text, and run a panel of buyer prompts to see where you appear today. The output is a written baseline and a ranked list of findings.

02 Week 3 to 6

### Fix at the source

We work in the repository: real HTML per route, the schema.org graph, hreflang, sitemap, robots and page speed. Every fix ships as a pull request with the test that proves it, so the same problem does not come back on the next deploy.

03 Month 2 onwards

### Content and campaigns

We publish focused pages that each answer one buyer question, in every language you sell in, and run paid advertising where it is the fastest way to test a message. Volume is set by the retainer, so you know in advance what a month contains.

04 Every month

### Measure, report, repeat

Each month we re-run the audit and the prompt panel, compare against the baseline, and report clicks, impressions, average position and assistant referrals in your client portal. Then we agree the next month's list with you before touching anything.

## What GROW is

GROW is Polargate's demand line: the work that makes a company findable by the people who search and by the AI assistants that answer. It covers technical SEO, generative engine optimisation, content, paid advertising and analytics. The premise is simple. An assistant can only cite what it can read, and most sites built in the last five years serve an empty shell to crawlers. We fix that in the code, not with a plugin.

## Who it is for

Mid-market companies, roughly 50 to 500 people, that already have a site and a product worth finding, and that are losing ground because search is changing. Hotels, industrial manufacturers, e-commerce, professional services. The usual picture: GA4 installed and nobody reading it, a sitemap nobody checks, and no idea whether ChatGPT mentions you when a buyer asks who does what you do. Companies selling in more than one language get the most out of this line, because hreflang, translated slugs and per-language rendering are exactly where sites break quietly.

## How it works

We start with an audit: what crawlers actually receive, what is indexed, what the structured data says, what the analytics measure, and where you appear when a buyer asks an assistant. Then we fix in order of impact. Real HTML on every route, a schema.org graph built from a single source of data, a sitemap with honest dates, a robots.txt that allows the answer engines you want, and content written answer first. Paid advertising runs alongside when it is the fastest way to test a message. Everything is measured and reported monthly.

## What it costs

GROW starts at 690 EUR per month on top of a CARE retainer, so maintenance and growth are one relationship instead of two invoices. A standalone technical and AI-search audit starts at 1,500 EUR and lands as a written report with prioritised findings you can hand to any team, including one that is not us. Advertising budget is yours and you pay it directly to the platform. We never take a percentage of your spend.

## What you get

Pages that answer the question in the first paragraph. Structured data that mirrors what is visible on screen. Analytics you own, including server-side logging of AI crawlers, which browser analytics never see. A monthly report with clicks, impressions, average position, assistant referrals and a fixed panel of buyer prompts run against ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Mode and Claude, so you can see whether you are mentioned and next to whom. We do not guarantee rankings or revenue, because nobody honest can. We guarantee that the work happens in the open and is measured against a baseline we record before starting.

What you get

- Technical and AI-search audit: what crawlers actually receive, what is indexed, what the structured data says, with findings ranked P0 to P2 and a 30/60/90 plan
- Server-rendered HTML for every public route, so each page is readable without running JavaScript
- A schema.org graph (Organization, Service, Article, FAQ and the types your sector needs) generated from a single source of data and mirroring the visible text
- robots.txt with explicit groups for search and answer engines, a sitemap with honest lastmod dates, llms.txt, and IndexNow on every production deploy
- Multilingual layer: hreflang with return tags, x-default, translated slugs and per-language canonicals, tested language by language
- Answer-first content: question headings, a self-contained answer under each one, comparison tables in real HTML and visible updated dates
- Analytics you own: GA4 with Consent Mode v2, Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools, plus server-side logging of AI crawlers that browser analytics never see
- Paid advertising setup and management: Google Ads and Merchant Center feeds, conversion tracking, feed and negative-keyword hygiene, with the budget paid directly by you
- A monthly report in your client portal: clicks, impressions, average position, assistant referrals, what changed and what comes next

## Proof

Hotel Marien

### A resort website that Google, social scrapers and AI assistants can actually read

Polargate turned the bilingual website of a 349-room Caribbean resort into a fully static, hardened site with structured data for AI search, and keeps it under a monthly care retainer with an automated audit on the first day of every month.

Hotel Talavera

### A bilingual hotel website that crawlers and AI assistants can read

A 4-star city hotel in Castilla-La Mancha had a website that search engines received as an empty container. Polargate rebuilt it as 16 pre-rendered bilingual URLs and now runs it on a monthly Care retainer with a recurring audit loop.

FAQ

## Questions, answered

How much does SEO cost for a company our size? Polargate runs GROW as a monthly retainer from 690 EUR, on top of a CARE retainer so maintenance and growth sit in one contract. A standalone technical and AI-search audit starts at 1,500 EUR and is delivered as a written report you own. Advertising budget is separate and paid straight to Google or Meta, and we do not take a percentage of your spend.
How is this different from a traditional SEO agency? We change the code. A traditional agency writes recommendations and sends them to whoever built your site. Polargate is that team, so a finding becomes a pull request in the same week and arrives with a test that keeps it fixed. We also treat AI assistants as a channel with its own measurement, and we do not sell keyword volume reports.
Can you get my company mentioned in ChatGPT? We can make it possible, not certain. Assistants cite pages they can read, so Polargate makes sure every route serves real HTML, carries accurate structured data and answers the question in the first paragraph. Then we track a fixed panel of buyer prompts each month across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Mode and Claude. Nobody can guarantee a citation, and anyone who does is selling something else.
How long before we see results? Technical fixes show up fast: crawling and indexing usually move within two to six weeks of a deploy, and you see it in Search Console. Demand takes longer. Content and authority normally need three to six months before the trend is readable. Polargate records a baseline before starting, so the change is measurable instead of a matter of opinion.
Do I need a new website before you can do SEO? Usually not. Polargate works on the site you already have when the platform can serve real server-rendered HTML and the templates are workable. If the site cannot show its content without JavaScript, or the codebase makes every change expensive, we say so in the audit and price a rebuild through the BUILD line instead of billing months of workarounds.
Do you work in Spanish, English and Dutch? Yes. Polargate works natively in the three languages, and so does the technical layer: hreflang with return tags, x-default, translated slugs and pages rendered in their own language rather than switched in the browser. Multilingual sites are where most SEO breaks quietly, so we crawl and test every language separately instead of treating translation as a layer on top.
