Pick a free time, leave your name and email, and the Google Meet invitation reaches your inbox straight away.

In short

Polargate takes 30 minute calls on Google Meet on weekdays between 9:00 and 19:00 Madrid time, at least 24 hours ahead and up to 21 days out. The times on this page are the free ones in our calendar and appear in your own time zone. When you book, Google sends you the invitation with the Meet link. If you would rather not talk yet, the written brief gets an answer within 48 business hours.

## How it works

- 01 Pick a day and a time. You only see times that are free in our calendar right now, in your own time zone.
- 02 Leave your name and email, and a line about what you want to talk about if you like.
- 03 Google sends you the calendar invitation with the Meet link. Nothing to install.
- 04 We read your note before the call, so the 30 minutes go to your project and not to introductions.

## Questions, answered

Which time zone are the times in?
In yours. Your browser tells the page where you are and every time is converted. Our working hours are 9:00 to 19:00 in Madrid, so from New York the first times of the day appear early in the morning.
How do I move or cancel the call?
Reply to the calendar invitation, or decline it from your calendar. We see it and move the call with you. Each email can hold one upcoming call at a time.
No time suits me. What now?
Send the written brief and say when you are available. A senior engineer answers within 48 business hours and proposes a time.
What happens with my details?
Your name, email and note go to our own calendar and our own records, and nowhere else. We use them to prepare the call and to follow up on it. We do not add you to a newsletter.
